Job Description
Join our team at the Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital and be a powerful force for good! We're seeking Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Technician Assistants to join our teams across the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital in many of our service areas, including Radiology, Central Sterile Supply, Blood Bank Coordinator, ICU, Anesthesia, Large Animal Surgery Services, Small Animal ER, and Small Animal OR.
Requirements
- Veterinary Technician Assistant: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience AND two years of related experience.
- Veterinary Technician I: Associate degree in veterinary technology, biomedical science, animal science, a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Veterinary Technician II: Associate degree in veterinary technology, biomedical science, animal science, a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience AND two years of technical experience in veterinary medicine.
- Veterinary Technician III: Associate degree in veterinary technology, biomedical science, animal science, a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience AND four years of technical experience in veterinary medicine.
