Manager In Training/Sales Representative

We are looking for a Manager In Training/Sales Representative to work directly with customers, developing real-world skills and building confidence in sales. This role requires someone who is comfortable asking direct questions, handling hesitation or rejection, and making outbound calls. The successful team member will stay positive and engaged, even when customers hesitate or say no, and perform consistently in a structured, goal-driven environment.

Requirements

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
