Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) TCP Town & Country

We are searching for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) TCP Town and Country to gather information, assess and provide direct care to patients. Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to render age-appropriate care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduation from a medical assistant or emergency medical technician program OR Documentation from the licensing authority confirming that medical assistant/emergency medical technician education is not a requirement for certification
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical assistant/outpatient care tasks, and customer service concepts
• Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and operate basic medical equipment
• BLS - American Heart Association
• One of the following licenses and certifications: CCMA, CMA-AAM, CMA-C, EMT, EMT-A, EMT-B, EMT-I, EMT-P, LIC PAR, NCMA, NRCMA, RMA
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
