Job Description
We are searching for a Clinical Ambulatory Services Representative II-Outpatient Specialty Care Clinic in Sugarland, TX - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service as the first contact for patients, providers and staff accessing ambulatory clinics, and will expedite the outpatient check-in and check-out processes by reviewing appointment status using electronic appointment system to view information regarding appointment, insurance, and history.
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (one of the following certifications: CCMA, CMA-AAM, CMA-C, EMT, EMT-A, EMT-B, EMT-I, EMT-P, LIC PAR, NCMA, NRCMA, RMA)
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-years' experience in a clinical setting
- Healthcare and/or Pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
