Job Description
We are searching for a Concierge Nurse Navigator at the TCP Medical Group clinic someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will deliver comprehensive clinical, operational, and administrative support to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient practice operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or GED
- LVN - Lic-Licensed Vocational Nurses State of Texas
- BLS - Cert-Basic Life Support American Heart Association
- 1 year LVN experience required
- 1 year pediatrics experience preferred
- 1 year Nurse Navigation experience in a specialty preferred
