Job Description
We are searching for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) TCP Cypresswood who can gather information, assess, and provide direct care to patients.
Requirements
- Knowledge of pediatric assessment and treatment
- Vaccination and Triage experience
- High school graduate, GED, or equivalent
- Diploma or Certificate from a school of vocational nursing OR Documentation from the Texas Board of Nursing verifying an exception to the requirement for a diploma from a school of vocational nursing
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) by the State of Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Heart Association
