Job Description
Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands is seeking a RN for their Emergency Department, providing quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The role involves assessing, planning, educating, implementing, and evaluating care, and utilizing medical record data for coordinated patient care, including collecting and analyzing patient data. It also includes coordinating patient teaching, discharge planning, and patient advocacy.
