Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

We are seeking a Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The role involves assessing, planning, educating, implementing, and evaluating care, collecting and analyzing data, and coordinating patient care with a patient-centered approach. Staff Nurse will ensure adherence to safety standards and collaborate with other healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Conduct patient and family assessments including bio-physical, psychosocial, developmental, cultural, spiritual, and environmental needs.
• Collect and analyze data from the medical record to coordinate patient care.
• Re-prioritize and update care plans based on new information.
• Advocate for patients and collaborate with other healthcare team members.
• Administer and document medications and treatments.
• Demonstrate willingness to acquire new skills.
