Job Description
We are searching for an Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to patients in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will assess, plan, educate, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate care that incorporates family-centered principles and cost-effective care.
Requirements
- Assist in collecting patient/family data
- Collect and document vital signs, height/weight, and reason for visit
- Prepare patient for examination
- Assist provider during treatments, examinations, and testing
- Administer medication and immunizations
- Document administration of medication and immunizations
- Provide patient/family education
- Coordinate referrals
- Triage presenting patient complaint
- Verify provider order and patient
- Collect and process specimen
- Demonstrate service philosophies to patients and families
