Job Description
Texas Children’s Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist II to join their team. The role involves assisting the physician during surgical procedures, preparing the operating room, providing patient care, and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Requirements
- Performs patient care related duties.
- Prepares and assists with the preparation of the operating room.
- Maintains correct count of sponges, needles, and instruments.
- Demonstrates effective time management skills.
- Cares for one or more age groups regularly (neonates, infants, etc.).
- Undergoes respiratory fit testing.
