Translates users' needs into detailed requirement specifications, analyzes and evaluates existing and/or proposed systems, and supports the system installation through the implementation cycle.

Requirements

• Translate users' needs into detailed requirement specifications
• Analyze and evaluate existing and/or proposed systems
• Support the system installation through the implementation cycle
• Assist users in determining specific requirements to increase system effectiveness
• Document the 'as is' and 'to be' clinical/business processes
• Assist in vendor analysis and selection
• Investigate alternative solutions including feasibility studies using results from vendor analysis/evaluations
• Analyze system problems and modifications
• Coordinate implementation and upgrades of systems
• Perform configuration analysis for system design associated with small and less complex projects
