Job Description
Join TCEQ as a Special Counsel and contribute to protecting Texas' public health and natural resources. As a member of TCEQ Legal Services, you will support commission decisions and ensure rules comply with statutory authority.
Requirements
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
- 8 years of full-time experience in the practice of law
- Exceptional knowledge of complex environmental law
- Ability to maintain security or integrity of critical infrastructure
