Job Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking an Engineering Assistant II or III to join their team in the Pavement Preservation Branch. The ideal candidate will work with senior engineers on a variety of topics, including pavement data collection, data evaluation and analysis, and pavement forensic equipment improvement. This is a great opportunity for an Engineer-In-Training to gain valuable experience and impact public safety statewide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related science bachelor's or higher degree accepted by TX PELS
- 1-2 years of engineering related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Texas Engineer in Training Certificate (EIT)
