Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be currently enrolled in a high school, technical school, college, or university
- Must be enrolled in an engineering or related science degree program in an accredited college or university accepted by TX PELS
