Job Description
TxDOT's Dallas District is looking for a Roadway Maintenance Tech (General Transportation Tech) I, II, or III based in Kaufman or Rockwall, TX. Performs routine work related to transportation activities such as construction inspection, routine and contract maintenance inspection, bridge inspection and record keeping, roadway maintenance and repair, light and heavy equipment operation, preventive and minor maintenance on equipment, traffic control, assisting the public during emergency situations, and training other employees.
