Job Description
TxDOT's Bryan District is looking for a Transportation Maintenance Tech I or II based in Freestone County. This position will perform routine work related to transportation activities such as roadway maintenance and repair, light and heavy equipment operation, preventive and minor maintenance on equipment, traffic control, assisting the public during emergency situations.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license at the time of application
- Must have a Commercial Class "A" Driver's License with an "N" Endorsement or have obtained a CDL "A" License, within XX calendar days from date of employment
- Must be able to report for duty within XX minutes of notification on a 24-hour basis to respond to emergency situations
