Job Description
Field Service Technician provides face-to-face customer service, troubleshoots, repairs, and reconditions industrial rental equipment. Must model company's mission and core values, collaborate with internal/external resources, and participate in ongoing self-development.
Requirements
- Works safely at all times and adheres to safety policies
- Performs minor repairs and minimal troubleshooting offsite
- Maintains service vehicle inspection records and daily inspections
- Adheres to contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations
- Communicates job progress to supervisor and customer as needed
- Completes assigned jobs and task to meet flat rate time and re-work standards
