Shop Service Technician 2 - Texas First Rentals

Responsible for performing inspections, diagnoses, and repairs of heavy equipment and/or related equipment or components, following established procedures and guidelines. Works independently or as a member of a team to provide mechanical services that satisfies customer needs and achieves departmental goals.

Requirements

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses basic equipment malfunctions and failures
• Performs some disassembly and assembly of basic machine components to manufacturer’s specifications through the use of hand tools, pneumatic tools, and any specialized tooling
• Maintains all equipment and work areas – keeps in good, clean, and orderly condition
