Job Description
The Yard Associate coordinates the accurate and efficient distribution of equipment in order to satisfy customer demand. This position is responsible for receiving and inspecting equipment in a yard environment and keeping the equipment yard in orderly fashion using established procedures.
Requirements
- Loads and unloads equipment and attachments as needed for both Company and Customer Trucks
- Conducts, inspects, and reports condition of equipment
- Maintains equipment inventory systems per standard operating procedures
- Delivers Legendary Customer Service to internal and external customers
- Promotes a strong team environment by effectively collaborating with peers while maintaining a positive attitude
- Maintains organization and order while multi-tasking in a fast–paced environment
