Job Description
Integrated Community Services is hiring a Full-Time RN to provide HCS (Home and Community-Based Services) nursing case management to individuals with intellectual disabilities residing in group homes in the north area of Houston (Spring/Tomball area). This position provides a unique and rewarding opportunity to assist individuals in maintaining optimal health and independence in the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing Or Associates Degree in nursing
- Current RN licensure with the Board of Nursing for the State of Texas is required
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association is required
- 1 year of professional nursing experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Clear background check
