Clinical Education Manager

Texas Health Action is seeking a Clinical Education Manager to provide leadership, oversight, and operational management of the organization's clinical education and workforce competency program.

Requirements

• Nursing degree, BSN or higher with active RN or APRN licensure in the state of Texas
• AHA BLS for HCP required, instructor certification preferred
• Certification in Nursing Education or related field (required within 18 months of hire)
• 5+ years patient care experience in an outpatient clinic setting
• 2+ years of experience in working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and other marginalized populations
