Medical Director

Texas Health Action Physicians is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical oversight and administrative support for the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care at their assigned clinical site(s) and/or program.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active board certification in primary care or an applicable specialty.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Texas and maintain active DEA registration.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in HIV care, gender-affirming care, and LGBTQIA+ health strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience of advanced practice providers required.
