Mold Setter

This 3rd shift role supports plastic production by setting molds, loading resin, and assisting with process parameter setup for master control plants. The position involves removing molds, handling production parts, and maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements

• Removal of molds and lead changeover activities
• Assisting shift supervisor in supporting multiple machines through monitoring operators
• Handling and sorting of production parts, fixtures and components
• Basic monitoring of production process
• Maintaining and cleaning the machine and work area
• Providing breaks for operators
• Basic machine adjustments
• Accurate part counts
• Multiple machine and operator support
• Proficient mathematics
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 55lbs
