Director of Operations

At Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation, we're seeking a Director of Operations to lead teams that cultivate, extract, process, and manufacture prescription medical cannabis products. As a key member of our mission, you'll oversee operations and teams to create the highest quality medicine that changes people's lives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial operations and manufacturing engineering experience
• Bachelor's or higher in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or equivalent work experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
