Requirements
- Greeting and directing Guests and answering questions about Globe Life Field/Choctaw Stadium offerings and policies.
- Welcoming Guests into the venue and ensuring they are set up for a great experience.
- Resolve Guest concerns and accommodate special requests.
- Use knowledge of Globe Life Field and Rangers history to engage with Guests to deliver exceptional service.
- Promote a safe and friendly environment for all Guests by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks, and medical situations.
