Lead Generator & Outreach Specialist Air Testing Australia

We are seeking a motivated, articulate Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to conduct outbound calls to companies in industries that use compressed or ambient air testing. This role focuses on asking targeted discovery questions, gathering market intelligence, and identifying potential sales opportunities for our air testing services.

Requirements

• Make outbound calls to targeted companies in the compressed air and ambient air sectors.
• Ask structured discovery questions, including: How they are currently testing their compressed or ambient air. What standards they are following (ISO 8573, OSHA, NFPA, etc.). Who they use as their testing provider. How often they test. What they are currently paying or budgeting for testing services. Pain points with their current provider or process.
• Document all call results, notes, and lead data accurately in CRM or call tracking tools.
• Identify and qualify leads that meet criteria for follow-up by the sales team.
• Provide weekly summaries of trends, pricing insights, competitor names, and common market feedback.
• Maintain professionalism, consistency, and a customer-friendly tone in all interactions.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards when handling sensitive customer or pricing information.
