The Data Analysis and Quality Assurance (DAQA) Director directs data reporting and analysis activities, develops and implements techniques for analyzing and reporting data, and ensures compliance with state and federal rules and regulations. The role provides direction and guidance in developing reports and collecting data related to contracts and procurement, and makes recommendations to improve data collection and analysis.
Requirements
- Five years of full-time experience in the oversight and direction of an agency program or in strategic planning and policy development and implementation
- Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position
- One year of full-time in-service TWC experience classified as a Manager IV with regular status will satisfy the minimum qualifications
- A minimum of two years' experience in data collection and analysis
- One year experience in the management and direction of staff relevant to data collection and analysis
- Experience with state data reporting and analysis
