Job Description
The Program Specialist IV performs highly complex consultative services and technical assistance work for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Non-Custodial Parent and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Employment and Training Programs. The ideal candidate must take initiative, have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and be an active learner.
Requirements
- Two years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency
- Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position
- Six months of full-time in-service TWC experience classified as a Program Specialist III or Program Supervisor III with regular status will satisfy the minimum qualifications
