Job Description
We are seeking a Facility Planner to create layouts, detailed drawings, and project plans for facility needs aligned to business requirements. The role involves collecting customer requirements, managing facility-related contracts, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in facilities planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with budget management and financial planning
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities management
- Knowledge of architectural and engineering design and construction
- Proficiency with computer applications and databases
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to get security clearance
