Logistics Supervisor

Textron Systems is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead a team responsible for storing, inventorying, transacting and shipping materials, tools, equipment, and parts. The successful candidate will provide leadership to ensure safe work areas, environments, practices, and behaviors, and manage resources to optimize productivity and cost effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a relevant area, degree preferred
• Experience with Oracle or similar system
• Bias for action and quickly resolving difficult problems
• Able to creatively achieve mission objectives while maintaining compliance and the highest standards of quality
• Able to work autonomously, with limited direction
• Possess an understanding of manufacturing principles
• Excellent computer skills, especially with MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
