Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering in aerospace or related manufacturing industry (such as electronics, automotive or components).
- Experience guiding the successful completion of scheduling for manufacturing projects.
- CNC Programming / NC Programming experience preferred.
- Knowledge of military and commercial aircraft systems preferred.
- Able to apply engineering design to manufacturing.
- Analysis knowledge to evaluate discrepancies and anomalies preferred.
- Able to manage complex projects (using MS Project or similar tool) through a disciplined approach to initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing to achieve specific goals to specific success criteria.
- Able to self-initiate tasks and courses of action to develop scope of work, resource estimates, progress metrics, and communication cadence for overall project management to meet mission critical objectives.
- Knowledge and/or expertise in several manufacturing technologies to include, but not limited to the following:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
