Program Engineer

Textron Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Engineer to support strategic weapon systems and subsystem technical design solutions.

Requirements

• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Manage subsystem design, integration, testing, and schedule requirements
• Coordinate and oversee the test and evaluation of strategic weapon system development programs
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor program progress and prepare regular status reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and other program-related activities
• Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Create and present design and test details at technical interchange meetings
• Oversee and support technical estimates for proposals
• Organize Program Management Execution Gates for leadership review and approval
• Conduct problem solving and assist in personnel development
• Engage with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
