Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee all phases of programs from inception through completion, responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance. The ideal candidate will have a disciplined approach to program execution, excellent analytical presentation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with technical staff, managers, and peers.
Requirements
- Manage all phases of programs from inception through completion
- Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs
- Acts as primary customer contact for program activities
- Establishes milestones and monitors master plans and schedule
- Disciplined program execution with a bias towards action
- Analytical presentation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gain internal support
- Ability to establish and maintain a solid working relationship with technical staff, managers, and peers
