Job Description
Textron Systems is seeking a Program Manager to manage all phases of programs from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent education, and a minimum of five years of related experience.
Requirements
- Manage all phases of programs from inception through completion
- Establish cost controls and monitor adherence to contract requirements
- Establish and monitor adherence to program plans including schedule and risk management
- Prepare and issue operational and program directives
- Design and execute formal capture plans
