Quality Assurance Engineer - AeroMotion

Textron Aviation has a job opening for a Quality Assurance Engineer to work in their Monroe, WA location. The job involves ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, developing and implementing quality management systems, and conducting audits to improve quality control.

Requirements

• Develop and revise Quality systems and procedures
• Ensure compliance to customer, ISO/AS9110 and AS9100, FAA regulatory requirements
• Conduct Government, Customer, and FAA requested audits and investigations
• Gather and analyze performance data to aid in the development of process improvement projects
• Conduct process or product-based audits in production or functional areas or within the supply base
• Prioritizes issues based on internal/external customer needs
• Assists with the control of documentation and ensuring the latest revision is available the facility
• Manage OEM / Customer technical data subscriptions
• Review technical requirements and approve purchase orders
• Promotes the SMS program to all employees and assists in identifying and mitigating risks related to maintenance and repair operations
