Quality Engineer II

Quality Engineer II performs quality engineering assignments requiring independent evaluation, selection, and application of standard quality techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment and ingenuity in making adaptations and modifications. Supports product design activities, planning for quality, production activities, data analysis, and development of metrics, root cause and corrective action, and process and product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an AS9100 environment
• Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Effective ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and applications
• Effective written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills
• Ability to apply logical, scientific or analytical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
• US citizenship with or capable of receiving a Secret level security clearance
