Job Description
Lead internal plant Quality team to drive a culture of quality within the organization, coordinate daily activities, develop quality procedures, and manage performance metrics.
Requirements
- Lead internal plant Quality team
- Coordinate daily activities for the department
- Develop quality procedures, processes, control plans, and standards
- Manage and report on quality, delivery, and other performance metrics
- Support development of strategies to increase customer satisfaction and reduce financial impacts from poor quality
- Work closely with Customer Care to review and communicate external customer quality issues
- Coach and develop direct reports to support team objectives
- Effectively interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product integrity
