Job Description
Textron Aviation's SkillBridge internships are tailored to each candidate's command or service-approved timeframes. Interns will work with the entire Textron Aviation team, gaining exposure to different fields and supporting the business with real, business-driven work.
Requirements
- Currently in the military, with the ability to participate in the SkillBridge program
- Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity
- Creative thinker and action-oriented
- Must have ability to maintain confidentiality
