Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Program Manager to join our team in supporting strategic weapon system and subsystem technical design solutions for our Advanced Programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the Defense industry
- 5+ Years of program Management Experience on Defense Programs
- Experience evaluating program Risks and Opportunities
- Execution of Earned Value Management System programs
- Experience working with diverse, multifunctional teams
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
- Ability to travel ~25%
- Proposal Development experience
- Secret Clearance required, Top Secret Clearance preferred
