Job Description
Textron Aviation is hiring a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to lead quality initiatives that impact aircraft performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with different departments, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Engineering or STEM degree plus 2 years of quality/manufacturing experience
- 7 years of aviation quality experience with a technical degree, associate’s degree, or A&P license
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AS9100, ISO9001, NADCAP, and special processing
- Familiarity with tools like PFMEA, Six Sigma, Lean, and statistical techniques
