We are looking for a Supply Chain Procurement Professional to join our team in Piney Flats, TN. As a pioneer in the aviation industry, we challenge what's possible and shape the future of aviation through specialized engineering. In this role, you will negotiate and administer complex subcontracts, execute standard purchasing procedures, and work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to facilitate cost reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or relevant fields
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, commodity management, contract administration, financial analysis, cost analysis, or commodity/raw materials pricing
- Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on complex data
- Selfâmotivated with demonstrated initiative and followâthrough
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
