Job Description
Textron Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer to support full-lifecycle engineering design and development activities on established UxS and disruptive new products. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware and/or software integration, requirements derivation and allocation, or architecture design, and will be proficient in tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Cameo/MagicDraw.
Requirements
- Experience with hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, or architecture design
- Experience with DOORS, JIRA, and Cameo/MagicDraw is strongly preferred
- Experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment is preferred
- Experience or certifications in Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) is a plus
- Experience with Windows and/or Unix operating systems is a plus
- Effective and efficient writing and presentation skills
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Active Secret Clearance preferred; Secret eligibility required
