Requirements
- Prepare and deliver requested tools promptly to support maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
- Ensure all tools are correctly calibrated, compliant, and ready for operational use to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Plan and manage tool calibration schedules to prevent delays and ensure continuous readiness.
- Investigate tool-related issues, assess operational impact, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Safety teams to integrate tools effectively into workflows.
- Manage tool procurement and tracking through the company's online system, submit purchase orders, and maintain accurate records for future requirements.
- Maintain certified tool spreadsheets and documentation to support audits and compliance checks.
- Coordinate tooling details and parts with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve tooling processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as required to support maintenance operations and organizational objectives.
