As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for building a strong culture, managing performance, talent, and HR operations, as well as thought leadership and strategic partnership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of HR experience
- Proven ability to own full employee lifecycle
- Fluent in ADP or comparable HRIS
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
