Job Description
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing sales organisation. You'll be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers, meeting customers face-to-face to understand their needs, and using effective sales approaches to win new business and achieve performance targets.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
- Confidence engaging with new people and building rapport
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- A proactive, self-driven mindset
- Resilience and the ability to overcome objections
- A strong willingness to learn and continuously develop
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Fluency in English
- A full UK driving licence
