Teya is a payment and software service provider looking for a Business Development Manager to join its rapidly growing commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues, with the ability to inspire and develop others
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive self-starter with the ambition to progress into leadership
• Fluency in English
• A full UK Driver’s license
