Recruitment Resourcer

Teya is a payment and software service provider looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their team in London. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will identify and qualify self-employed sales consultants through various channels, create and nurture relationships, and support the expansion of a fast-paced self-employed field sales network.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in commercial recruitment, ideally within a high-volume or fast-paced environment sourcing on LinkedIn
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term candidate relationships
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
• Highly organised, with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple roles and tasks effectively
