Job Description
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our mission at Teya, a payment and software service provider based in London. As a Staff Product Designer, you'll be responsible for owning end-to-end design for key product areas, turning messy requirements into clear and actionable flows, and simplifying complex user journeys. You'll work side-by-side with cross-functional teams to define problems, prioritize opportunities, and shape roadmaps. If you love owning problems end-to-end, obsess over craft and usability, and get energy from shipping meaningful work in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer
- End-to-end ownership of complex product work (from discovery to shipped features)
- Strong interaction and visual design skills
- Ability to simplify complex user journeys or requirements
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and clarifying goals
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)
- Familiarity with design systems
