The Store Manager will drive performance through KPI's, manage stock losses, and drive turnover to achieve targets. They will also lead a team and ensure operational excellence through a customer-centric mindset.

Requirements

• A Grade 12 qualification
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
• 3 years Store Management experience
• Experience in driving sales to increase store profit
• Ability to adapt to different customers and situations
• High sense of urgency
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and administration skills
• Ability to take initiative
• High level of attention to detail
