Store Manager (45hr) - American Swiss - Mountain Mill - Worcester

We're looking for a Store Manager to drive turnover, control expenses, manage stock losses, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a Matric certificate, minimum 3 years retail experience, and 1 year store leadership experience.

Requirements

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
