Store Manager (45hr) - Exact - Nonesi Mall - Queenstown

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our team and drive turnover to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate, minimum 3 years retail experience, and at least 1 year of store leadership experience.

Requirements

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
